The novel coronavirus has killed 613,340 people in the  213 countries and territories since the virus emerged in Wuhan of China last December, according to latest data from worldometer.

So far, 14,857,343 cases of corona infection have been diagnosed worldwide at 11am on Tuesday (Bangladesh Time). Of them, 8,911,185 patients have been considered recovered.

Besides, the number of active cases are 5,332,818, the source said.

Among other coronavirus affected countries, the US has come up to 143,834 deaths, followed by Brazil with 80,251, UK 45,312, Mexico 39,485, Italy 35,058, France 30,177, Spain 28,422, India 28,099, Iran 14,405, Russia 12,427, China 4,634, Indonesia 4,239, Saudi Arabia 2,523 and Australia 126 respectively, according to worldometer.
